Bournemouth Builder Portfolio - Rendering Project

This rendering project involved removal, repair and/or replacement of existing render, mainly to a south/southwest facing block and rendered wall in Highcliffe, Dorset. 

A team of 3 worked on removal of blown render back to block wall, then reinforcement and re-rendering to prevent future cracking.  Application of a Terylene water resistant coating was applied to resist the elements in this exposed location close to the cliffs and sea front.

Windows and door openings were protected throughout the project to prevent damage, dust and dirt ingress, guttering and drainage were replaced and all work for this project was completed over a period of 4 weeks.
