Hi we Four Corners Property, we arrived at landlords property seen that he needed help with HMO Certification to pass regulations for renting his property out, so we delivered a quotation that would match or beat any other company that quoted him this was for 7 sinks to be plumbed into each bed sit room for the sitting tenants. As you can imagine 7 tenants rushing around in the mornings trying to brush there teeth, Well i think we are now saviours to those tenants.

The job detailed piping into the existing hot and cold feeds from the kitchen and then installing copper pipe work through to each individual bedrooms so tenants could have clean running hot and cold water, we also had to drill through the walls and ceilings to combat the rooms above and below, the worry was the pressure of the water would not be consistent and would drops it’s pressure, but lucky enough the water is still running and giving them enough hot and cold water they could probably even have a bath in those sinks, bring back memories of your mum washing stripping you in the kitchen sink at about 8 years of age ( dam kids have got it just to good now ah days) for all you people who remember the way life use to be…!!!

Also once all sinks where installed we had to then drill through the exterior building walls and feed through 32mm poly pipe for all waste waters and to insert them into existing soil stack waste pipe line with strapping and bungs all 32mm was used with solvent weld cement for solid fixings. All copper piping was used in 15mm copper and 15mm elbows,couplings and T’s all solder welded.
