Some brief information here relating to the work we undertake to see if we're suitable for the building project you have in mind. Our C.V. would include:-
Groundworks, brickwork/blockwork, plastering/rendering, first and second fix carpentry, floor laying, loft conversions, roofing, kitchens and bathrooms including plumbing, planning and building control advice.
We have experience in a wide variety of trades, and have reliable people who we can organise if the project is urgent or larger than average. Flexibility has always been one of our strong points, We can help plan your project with you from the concept, budget and drawing stage, through planning regulations and building control to project completion. Or if you would just like us to come in and tackle a smaller project, that is also something we can assist with.
We can handle extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments completely from start to finish, either working from the plans you provide, or, if you need plans drawing up, that is something we can deal with in house on your behalf.
We can deal with accoustic insulation, thermal insulation, fire insulations, fire boarding, suspended / track wall and ceiling system installations, and get your project correctly certified by Building Control and the Planning Department. Fensa certification for windows, Corgi certification for gas, and Part P compliance for electrical installation are also things we deal with.
