Bournemouth Builder Portfolio - Plastering Project

This plastering project was a fairly large contract and was completed in a little over three weeks.  The contract was to complete dry lining and finish with a skim coat of plaster.

Work commenced on the project with a team of 4 tying in with first fix electrical and plumbing phases completing.  Aspects of this project undertaken included dropping all ceilings with MF5 suspended ceiling track system, thermal insulation, accoustic insulation, fire-boarding, plasterboard to ceilings, hard-rendering walls and skim coat of plaster within this project converting the upper floor of a warehouse to a luxury apartment in central London. 

Work was completed on target within 4 weeks while staying in temporary accomodation near the site, and to the required standard of workmanship.  All materials on this project were supplied by the client.
